Rebecca is an Associate in the commercial and property team and her focus is on all things business, with a particular emphasis on business acquisitions, disposals and restructures, franchising, business start-ups and expansion. She offers general contractual and commercial advice to clients in a variety of industries.
Rebecca has extensive industry experience including within the head office of an international franchisor. She applies her business experience to achieving commercially orientated results having regard to the realities of operating small and medium enterprises. 
Prior to joining Ffrench Legal in 2005, Rebecca was an Associate to a Federal Magistrate.
